你的文件

本 App 什麼時候會連上網路

只有在你使用數位簽章的下列功能時，本 App 才會連線到第三方：

這些服務會收到你的 IP 位址等一般連線資訊，由各服務依它們的隱私權政策處理。

購買

Folium Pro 的購買由 Apple 處理。開發者只會收到 Apple 提供的彙總銷售資料，看不到你的姓名、付款資訊或 Apple 帳號。

當機報告與測試版

本 App 不做的事

相機

「掃描文件」會使用相機拍攝你要掃描的紙本，影像只存成你的文件。

兒童

本 App 不蒐集任何人的個人資料，包括兒童。

政策變更

這份政策如有變更，會更新這一頁與上方的「最後更新」日期。App 裡「設定 > 隱私權政策」是同一份內容。

Folium Privacy Policy

Folium (“the app”) does not collect, upload, or share your personal data.

Your documents

  • Your documents are stored on your device. If you turn on iCloud, they are stored in your own iCloud Drive and kept by Apple under the iCloud terms. The developer cannot access your documents.
  • Text recognition (OCR), handwriting recognition, text editing, and conversion to Word or Excel all happen on your device. Nothing is uploaded.

When the app connects to the internet

The app connects to third parties only when you use these digital signature features:

  • Timestamps: the app sends a hash of the signature value (a number that cannot be turned back into your document) to the timestamp service you choose (DigiCert, Sectigo, or GlobalSign) to get a trusted time. Your document content is not sent.
  • Long-term validation: the app asks the certificate authorities named in the certificates for their status (OCSP, CRL). It sends public information such as certificate serial numbers.

These services receive ordinary connection information such as your IP address, and handle it under their own privacy policies.

Purchases

Folium Pro purchases are handled by Apple. The developer only receives aggregated sales data from Apple and cannot see your name, payment information, or Apple Account.

Crash reports and beta testing

  • If you turn on “Share with App Developers” under Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements on your device, Apple provides crash reports and other diagnostics to the developer. Apple handles this, and you can turn it off at any time.
  • When you take part in TestFlight testing, the feedback, screenshots, and crash reports you choose to send are provided to the developer by Apple under the TestFlight terms. If you were invited by email, the developer can see the name and email address used for the invitation.

What the app does not do

  • No ads, analytics tools, or tracking of any kind.
  • No account sign-up.
  • The app does not read your contacts, location, or photo library. Only the photos you pick and the pages you scan are added to your documents.

Camera

“Scan Documents” uses the camera to capture the paper you want to scan. The images are saved only as part of your document.

Children

The app does not collect personal data from anyone, including children.

If this policy changes, this page and the “Last updated” date above will be updated.

购买

Folium Pro 的购买由 Apple 处理。开发者只会收到 Apple 提供的汇总销售数据，看不到你的姓名、付款信息或 Apple 账户。

崩溃报告与测试版

  • 如果你在设备的“隐私与安全性 > 分析与改进”中开启“与 App 开发者共享”，Apple 会把崩溃报告等诊断数据提供给开发者。这由 Apple 处理，你可以随时关闭。
  • 参加 TestFlight 测试时，你主动发送的反馈、截屏与崩溃报告，会由 Apple 依照 TestFlight 的条款提供给开发者。通过电子邮件受邀的测试者，开发者会看到受邀时的姓名与电子邮件地址。

本 App 不做的事

  • 不使用广告、分析工具或任何追踪。
  • 不需要注册账户。
  • 不读取你的通讯录、位置或照片图库。只有你自己选择的照片、扫描的页面，才会加入文档。

相机

“扫描文档”会使用相机拍摄你要扫描的纸质文件，图像只存储为你的文档。

儿童

本 App 不收集任何人的个人数据，包括儿童。

Folium（以下「本アプリ」）は、お客様の個人データを収集、アップロード、共有しません。

書類について

  • 書類はお客様のデバイスに保存されます。iCloud をオンにしている場合は、お客様自身の iCloud Drive に保存され、iCloud の利用規約に基づいて Apple が保管します。開発者がお客様の書類にアクセスすることはできません。
  • テキスト認識（OCR）、手書き認識、テキストの編集、Word や Excel への変換などの処理は、すべてお客様のデバイス上で行われ、アップロードされることはありません。

本アプリがインターネットに接続するとき

本アプリが第三者に接続するのは、次のデジタル署名の機能を使用する場合に限られます：

  • タイムスタンプ：信頼できる時刻を取得するため、署名値のハッシュ値（書類の内容に戻すことのできない数値）を、お客様が選んだタイムスタンプサービス（DigiCert、Sectigo、GlobalSign）に送信します。書類の内容は送信されません。
  • 長期検証：証明書に記載された認証局に証明書の状態（OCSP、CRL）を問い合わせます。送信されるのは証明書のシリアル番号などの公開情報です。

これらのサービスは、お客様の IP アドレスなどの一般的な接続情報を受け取り、各サービスのプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱います。

購入について

Folium Pro の購入は Apple が処理します。開発者が受け取るのは Apple が提供する集計済みの売上データのみで、お客様の氏名、支払い情報、Apple アカウントを知ることはできません。

クラッシュレポートとベータテスト

  • デバイスの「プライバシーとセキュリティ > 解析および改善」で「App デベロッパと共有」をオンにしている場合、Apple はクラッシュレポートなどの診断データを開発者に提供します。これは Apple が処理するもので、いつでもオフにできます。
  • TestFlight のテストに参加した場合、お客様が送信したフィードバック、スクリーンショット、クラッシュレポートは、TestFlight の規約に基づいて Apple から開発者に提供されます。メールで招待されたテスターについては、招待時の氏名とメールアドレスを開発者が確認できます。

本アプリが行わないこと

  • 広告、解析ツール、いかなるトラッキングも使用しません。
  • アカウント登録は不要です。
  • 連絡先、位置情報、写真ライブラリを読み取ることはありません。書類に追加されるのは、お客様が選んだ写真とスキャンしたページだけです。

カメラ

「書類をスキャン」では、スキャンする紙をカメラで撮影します。画像はお客様の書類としてのみ保存されます。

お子様について

本アプリは、お子様を含め、どなたの個人データも収集しません。

ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーを変更した場合は、このページと上記の「最終更新日」を更新します。
